Groups or individuals (FIRST and non-FIRST members) interested in using FIRST facilities for a FIRST or non-FIRST program or event need to take the following steps in order to reserve a space (rental fees may apply):
 
STEP 1 -- REQUEST FORM
A request for the use of First facilities must be made by filling out the FIRST Calendar & Facilities Request Form. This form may be submitted online, faxed to 217.356.2165 or dropped off at or mailed to First Christian Church. This form must be filled out before the calendar can be checked for availability. Please note: Requests for use of the Worship Center must also include a completed Worship Center Tech Request Form.

STEP 2 -- APPROVAL PROCESS
The FIRST facilities staff will review all requests. Additional information may be needed before the request is approved. The FIRST facilities staff will notify you of the status of the request (by phone or email) within 7-10 days.
 
STEP 3 -- EVENT CONFIRMATION & FOLLOW-UP
Once a facility request is approved, you will be notified and it will be placed on the FIRST Master Calendar.  If there are any fees involved, a deposit of 50% is due as soon as possible, with the remaining balance due on the date of the event.   Checks are payable to First Christian Church, placing a note in the comments as to the date and facility location. Any questions will be addressed at this time, along with instructions regarding building access.
